Blaze spawner not working

This caused because
1) there is no light level needed for blazes to spawn be patient it will start spawning soon
2) No no mob can attack you in this server (except bosses and mini mobs of crops)
or
the server hardware or they stack together or smth don't really know sorry

try to darking and making it light level 0 it should spawns
