Description:

Blackhat rank should get removed from prison it is rare that anyone even has the rank the only things i ever see for blackhat is the kit vouchers Just throwing out a idea out there
also if somone already has the rank if they bought it from store they should get a higher rank refund or idk really​

Neutral i agree that there are no rank vouchers and it gives u a small reward but it can be a bit useful for anyone who buys ranks these days

-1 / just because the rank is rarely bought doesn't mean it should be removed.
I really don't see how is this can improve anything.
