Do /ah sell {amount of money you want to sell it for], do it while holding the item in your hand which will then take you to an interface in which you can decide whether it will be a fixed price or people can bid on it while increasing the price. For the later one you'll need to do a lot of advertisement or your item must be worth the trouble otherwise people might not buy it/ bid on it.
