Ban for no reason

Hello, I'm very disappointed with the staff team. I was banned for no reason. I was chased by a guy, I removed my equipment so I wouldn't lose it.
And I was banned because of a bug explosion, seriously?
I use Minecraft Premium Basic 1.21. I don't use mobs or any other kind of add-on program.
Skyblock is my game, I would never use anything to get banned, I never have and I never will.
How was I banned??? Because of a guy who got upset because I didn't hit him.
Is using enchanted apples also bannable? I'm a member on the top 4 island in the Skyblock ranking, I don't need to cheat. Confirm the reports before banning guys for nothing.
For all years i played in this server i dont understand how you guys ban me for cheat.

I did, even send a msg to justhiemo. Got the all ban. All appeals deneid. My revolt is that some guys got 1 week, and i got 1 month, not fair. Im the idiot that dont even defend myself. All now that. I back, but i fill like i payed for staff laisiness. If they new about the bug and do nothing. Thats not my falt. Ty for de suppot.
