Ban for no reason

Hello, I'm very disappointed with the staff team. I was banned for no reason. I was chased by a guy, I removed my equipment so I wouldn't lose it.
And I was banned because of a bug explosion, seriously?
I use Minecraft Premium Basic 1.21. I don't use mobs or any other kind of add-on program.
Skyblock is my game, I would never use anything to get banned, I never have and I never will.
How was I banned??? Because of a guy who got upset because I didn't hit him.
Is using enchanted apples also bannable? I'm a member on the top 4 island in the Skyblock ranking, I don't need to cheat. Confirm the reports before banning guys for nothing.
For all years i played in this server i dont understand how you guys ban me for cheat.

Couldn't be accident, this area gets bugged every reset and they always fix it late season

Well, you guys are the Skyblock experts. I don't know much about this bug he is hinting towards.
