BedWars Ban Appeal For Cross-Teaming

They're user IDs in Jartex Servers are wert and sol1der. While I was playing on a bedwars lobby I caught them both cross-teaming against me. I would like to appeal to the team associated with the Bans department of JartexNetwork to kindly take an action against this. This happened with me today and it can happen with someone else which I do not want.

2- take 3 or more screen shots when the teamers are next to each other
