-The skin is bugged I'm pretty sure and Yes it has been reported multiple times. Just hope that it's fixed soon!
-As for the OPAL Set, Don't get your hopes up.. Yes the set is broken and it'll probably be fixed later on but it's highly unlikely to see any changes this season. It's honestly upto the Developers so hope for the best, that's all we can do.
