I got benu05 banned for buycraft scam on jan this year , haven't played for a while and now i come back to factions and the first name i see is the guy that apparently got banned on jan but hes not anymore

No, ign benu05 isn't permanently banned anymore, he was unbanned by staff member Andeh.
