vote everyday, it helps and can give you 500+ exp every week along with vote crates that can randomly give you 50, 100, or 250 exp.
In my opinion booster are just not worth it. Hope this helps.

Rank doesn't have exp multiplier,but it can open some easy missions with exp

Bro u can get 3000+ exp with boosters in an hour ,and u can get them though voting lol

Depends, lvl 50 is 100k exp lvl 100 is 853k see the difference?

If u trying to Grind Level so its simple method but hard work needed for it so i will explain u in Steps
Step #1 : Vote Everyday to get 200-300 exp and vote keys
Step #2 : Open vote crates to get Exp Boosters
Step #3 : Find a quad with u can get win's easily and while playing with them use ur exp boosters to get alot of Exp
Step #4 : Don't Give up cuz 1 day u will reached level 100.
