BedWars Anti-cheat system keeps kicking me for "flying"

Whenever i play a bedwars game, sometimes my computer freezes because its overfilled with running applications (like discord, google, minecraft, steam etc.) and from other perspectives my character freezes during a bedwars game, and when that happens or when my screen freezes the anti cheat thinks im flying/hacking. This is fine when i play duos, trios or quads because i can rejoin, but when im playing solo's i cant rejoin because as soon as u leave a solo game the game auto marks ur team as eliminated. Its a real pain because chances of me finishing a game without getting kicked are pretty low.

I forgot to mention, how do i fix it? or atleast how do i fix whenever my screen freezes?

probably your ping if your lagging it happens often because you freeze while jumping and floating mid air triggers the anti cheat and it kicks you

Oh welp, its not my ping, its just the pc, it happens outside minecraft too
