Hello, JartexNetwork players.

JartexNetwork is currently busy on loads of updates, and as you might have noticed we have been giving some love to our minigames recently, and I can tell you that this will not be over any time soon. I am happy to announce another huge minigame update that we have in store for you, this time we took our time and resources to give SkyWars a well deserved update.

We read through all of your suggestions and gave it a shot to implement to most popular once, so get ready for another amazing update coming at you tonight.

With great pleasure and joy, we can officially announce that this update will be released on Sunday 23rd May 2021 (Around 10 PM GMT+1).

Changelog

New! Brand new maps.

Lets start off by expanding the map pool. We added a shocking amount of 9 brand new maps, to both modes.​

Some of these maps are really fast phased, some of them are a bit bigger. These 9 new maps offer brand new playstyles and strategic to the game, and we hope you like them as much as we do.​

Wasteland​

Mushroom Fields​

Canyon​

Farmland​

Maps we added from player map submissions:​

Oasis by goldknight1200 ​

Tower by Madblock ​

Updated! All existing maps

On top of adding loads of new maps for you to play on we decided it was time to do a full overhaul on all of our existing maps.​

We tweaked all of the maps to fit the style of a SkyWars map, the following things have been changed:​

All maps now have anvils at the middle.​

All maps now have enchantment tables at the middle. ​

All maps now have diamond ores or blocks.​

Angry Birds & Paint have a better and more fair island placement.​

Paint, Crossy roads, Angry Birds & Tribal received small aesthetic changes.​

All maps now have fixed chest placement, island chests no longer randomly contain mid loot.​

Updated! Kits

We tweaked some kits, and added a new one. The following kits have received a change.​

New Kit	Berserker Kit
Changed Kit	Scout Kit (buffed)
Changed Kit	Miner Kit (buffed)

New! Kit Editor

With all of these changes to the kits it was about time for us to give you a frequently requested feature; The Kit Editor. You can now edit the slots of items in your kit inside the SkyWars lobby. Simply shift click on a kit you own in the Kits Menu to start the edit. Players with a Gold Rank or higher can toggle the auto-armor equip feature as well.​

Note: The upper bar in the edit inventory is your hotbar​

Updated! Chest Loot

​

Within this update we did some balance changes to the SkyWars loot in chests as well. We buffed some items, tweaked drop chances and a lot more. Here is a full list of changes we did to the chest items.​

Along with this big list of changes chests will now also show if they are empty or not with the hologram above them.​

Updated! Stinky Bombs	Stinky Bombs were a fun item, but it didn't really do anything. We buffed the Stinky Bombs by adding blindeness to them.
Fixed! Revengers Chestplate	The revenger chestplate now does what it the description says.
Updated! Revengers Bow	The revengers bow has been buffed and now has Power 2 and a proper description of what the bow does.
Updated! Launcher	The launcher has been made slightly less rare and buffed leaping distance
Updated! Coin Bomb	The coin bomb will now give more coins.
New! Thors Bow	This bow will strike a lightning when fully charged/pulled and hit a player which will do about 2 hearts of damage, if it doesn’t hit the player it will do area slowness 1 effect for 3 seconds to all the near players where the arrow landed.
Updated! Experience Bottles	The chance of finding experience bottles has been increased.
New! Poseidons Hide	Fire protection 4 Depth strider 2 A new pair of leggings has been added to Lunatic & Extreme mod

Updated! Statistics

We also improved some statistics for your games overall. These changes include the following:​

Highest Win Streak​

Upon reaching a new winstreak it will now keep track of your highest win streak too! There has also been added a leaderboard for this in the lobbies.​

​

Losses when your team wins​

You will no longer receive a loss when your teams wins, and you're still spectating. You will be granted the win as well as your winstreak will continue.​

​

Losses on /leave​

Previously, /leave would not count as a loss and your winstreak would not be update, this has now been fixed. Leaving mid game will count as a full loss.​

​

Misc. Updates & Changes

Here's a list of some of the smaller things that have been added with this update.​

• Fixed last stand talent
• Regeneration talent lasts 5 seconds now
• Regeneration talent can no longer be triggered by hitting teammates.
• Fix typo in Rage Talent
• Fix revengers chestplate
• Added helmets to the middle loot.
• Fixed randomly losing kit levels.
• Fixed not receiving boxes or kits from brainwasher.

No, this is an update, not a reset. Everything you previously owned will still be on your account.​
