Personally I think that there should be a toggle that you can turn on and off for the ability to disable the feature to be spectatable. Or atleast a message in chat asking you to confirm that a player can spectate you. But I do agree with you, the private games thing is ridiculous.

+1 The amount of times I have gotten the same box from a gold brain is way too many. There is literally 0 reason to not add this.

The developers are busy with fixing bugs on the server and updating the server, some devs are even working on more that just JartexNetwork.

The developers are super busy, some of them are working as a dev on more that 1 server! When I get frustrated with the cheaters I play a solo gamemode such as Skyblock or Prison.
