There are no stinkers on this changelog, lets go! This is the best changelog we've had in quite a while.(Aside from two mixed at most additions)

We finally got back the long forgone 1-100 task based player level system. I can only imagine it works nigh Identical to how it did way back then and then having even more task then before. I can see the scaling of the tasks being increased due to number of new features that were introduced since the level system was changed. Will there be level skips? Will level 100 have the "100" tag(s)?

Being able to withdraw our experience is such a relieving QoL feature, now we don't have to use the auction house to transfer our exp anymore.

Two of the new pickaxe enchantments sound pretty cool, Zeus and Jackpot. I imagine Jackpot will work like charity/fund raiser in being extremely rare, at least its unlocked at prestige 4 so we still have to work to unlock it(seasonal pickaxes not withstanding). Zeus sounds fun when it activates, I do hope though that it is also rare because I can see it being very chaotic if it activates too frequently or if multiple players in the same mine use it. Tunnel is the least interesting of the three, but that's not to say I don't welcome new enchants, it just sounds like a gliding bomb in pickaxe form.

This is the first feature I have a mixed opinion on: new crowns. While I do like adding more variety to roster of crowns we have now, I feel that three of the new crowns feel redundant in their perks. The Lucky crown just boosts the chance of enchantments activating, but we already have several features already in the game that do this to the point that having another trinket that adds onto this is repetitive, our enchants can only go so fast and there are better crowns that would take its place. The Looter crown I'd be open to if it's not referring to the treasure chests we find while mining, the ones that are also boosted by treasure seeker, treasure boosters and the treasure event; if it has something like the lucky mining boxes or its own treasure box vouchers given randomly into our inventory or delivery while mining, then that's fine since it's another small reward for mining. Why add another "experience" crown? We already have this in the game already, the Sapphire crown, that's just a pointless addition in contrast to the other two crowns I didn't mention that actually are unique: the Prestige crown for prestige vouchers and the Bomber crown that rewards those for using the bombs(though I think there is more to reward them beyond money).

The Dark Wizard's new inventory is the 2nd update I'm mixed on; mainly because his role was the sole source of the various crowns obtained by exchanging dark soul gems to him. It sounds good on the surface, but if he's going to be rotating through a series of items, then that lessens the chances of obtaining crowns from him. Though most of what I see listed sounds relatively good for what we're using to buy them, the legendary gems and booster items are things that people are not really going invest in, the Dark Soul Shop is more in need of an update like this(though I would like my suggestion to influence its improvement in that case since it has more variety).

I am quite happy with the changes to prestiges, not only are the costs for prestiging becoming more fair, no more will we get prestige % gems from the crates. Instead getting them from a few exclusive sources is much better like the new crown and reduces clutter. Also ensuring things like prestige upgrade vouchers are soulbound also prevents people from boosting any select individuals to the high prestiges.

I didn't expect a buff to the autominers but it's a welcome change nonetheless, they are severely outperformed by the player pickaxes by prestige 2, I still see some people use autominers occasionally, but it's usually people at low levels or in the pvpmine. Also milestones getting better rewards is so nice to see because they are pretty underwhelming regardless of them being more of a passive reward system that active.

New pets? That probably should've been a highlight above but oh well. Mysteryman is finally getting new stuff? I wonder what he'll have now. Thank god the PvP quests are gone, they were horrible, PvP should never be manditory in completing tasks, it is an optional side activity that is siloed off from the game's main activity: mining(aside from the pvpmine but hardly anybody uses that); many low level players would not be able to complete them due to how active PvP can be at times. Another the other hand, adding fruit quests is interesting, a little surprised they haven't existed already but this will probably convince me to make a farm again.

Lastly, a change that isn't listed here but I know is coming: Delivery claim all! Finally!! After so many seasons with this system existing, we can finally claim all of our delivery pages at once, no longer do we have to manually click one by one to collect 10+ pages of items, now we just click once(maybe 2-3 depending on how much is piled up).

The timing for this new season is perfect since I've been seeing a bunch of players who have played Prison long ago return to give the game another shot. With this season's focus on improving the game for newcomers, this will be the best way to reintroduce old returning players into modern day Prison, that includes reviving the old level system that they are familiar with.
Holy yap, we will like to see you grind 😁 .
