    If it says that you need P1 to upgrade the drug lord enchantment and u cant but you are already P1, try to get to P2. I think there is a bug, you need P2 to use the P1 enchantments, P3 to use the P2 enc. and P4 to use the P3 ones. Try reporting it on the link above or ask any staff members...
