1) vote daily to get xp boosters they are pretty common and you can get an xp booster up to 4x
2) use those boosters and grind your ass off, don't play safe since it will take longer and this boosters only last 15 minutes each
3) avoid maps that are big / annoying to rush fast in
also abuse weekends, jartex put 2x xp for free every weekend
