What is the suggestion about?
Increasing Pearl Cooldown​

Description:
This suggestion includes the idea of increasing the ender pearl cool down in PracticePvP, by "ender pearl cooldown" I mean the time you have to wait before you're allowed to enderpearl again.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
The small 9-10 second cooldown an enderpearl withholds is not enough when players (such as myself) are queued with other people of the community who like to exploit the small cooldown and waste the other players time by consistently running and ender pearling the entire game.

How would increasing this help?:
Increasing this would allow the non-runner to be able to quick-drop the runner or even get rid of the runners pots quicker. This causes less time wasting for the non-runner and get's to the inevitable end quicker.​

Extra Information:
I suggest increasing this by an extra 5-6 seconds (15 second cooldown).
If anyone would like to review this suggestion in more detail i'll upload a couple recordings of how this could help.​

-1, honestly I feel like the time the ender pearl cooldown it is perfect. Adding another 5-6 seconds would definitely make it a lot more difficult. This shouldn't be added simply because some people like to run away while the majority of the people fight.

You're telling me a whole 5 seconds added to the window of being able to hit a runner isn't going to make a difference?
It won't but a rule will.

That isn't the aim of a 1v1.

Personally 1/3 players run from me from the first 2 hits of a fight until they've ran out of pots. This wastes my time massively and I feel a third of my time spent on the practice server has been chasing after people.
From the time I've played unranked and ranked games I've only experienced this when someone is on 4 pots and takes me max 30 seconds to kill them.

-1, for me the cooldown of the pearl right now is perfect. In my opinion if they gonna increase the "cooldown" the game gonna be slower and annoying.
last thing, the ender pearl get used to PvP, with this i mean that you can pearl behind the other player to get him in combo and maybe kill him, increasing the cooldown you gonna have less chance of winning match.

Remember this is my opinion and not of all the players.

I experience this when players still have 20+ pots. I guess it's different for different playstyles.

The game is also slower and annoying when people constantly from 20 pots onwards...
the ender pearl get used to PvP
I understand this concept but half the time pearls don't even come through and still provide the cooldown but thats another suggestion for another day.
increasing the cooldown you gonna have less chance of winning match.
Increasing the cooldown allows the games when you're against the runner quicker meaning the attacker can get into a more interesting game quicker.

-1, I personally don't have any problems with the current perl cooldown, If they add a 15 second cooldown, it isn't going to change anything, they're still going to run away, regarding the perl cooldown.

As I've now explained countless of times (please read above) increasing the cooldown by 5-6 seconds will allow a bigger window for the attacker to crit/attack the runner before the runner can enderpearl again. This will makes 1v1's shorter and less tiresome when playing against runners.
