If you don't want to report players then don't complain about the hackers. As iGusto said we are not bots and we cannot be online all the time. If you take a look at the ban index you will find out that every staff member bans as many hackers as possible every day.

It should be the staff's problem, not the player's. If you say you all try to ban as many as possible, clearly you are not doing enough and you need to find a solution, this could be /report or hiring more staff
