So we all know we are facing a crisis of Sr.Mod in the server as Natty_Sword is away (dont know how long).
So now we expect any one of the 5 moderators to be promoted to senior moderator. Since server can't run properly without a Sr. Mod. So I will have a look into every contenders chances.
Disclaimer: I am in no way judging someone's ability to do the duty. This is purely my view. I am assuming every staff member is willing to accept Sr. Mod role.
First contender - LordKacem
Chance - (30%). Helpful, but his recent promotion downplays the chance of his Sr.Mod chances.
Second contender - DrogonMC
Chances - (35%) He is indeed the one I want to see as an Sr. Mod but unfortunately the chances are bleak due to his recent promotion.
Third Contender - RahniRow_
Chances - (85%). The strongest contender of all the mods. Deserve to be a Sr.Mod (assuming she is accepting a promotion). It is because, she has experience as former staff
Fourth contender - PaceLV
Chances - (20%). Not really a chance in my view.
Fifth contender - Pingging.
Chances - (50%). The second strongest contender here. Experience makes him 2nd on the list.
Sixth contender - Voxl
Chances - (60%). Smart, efficient, hard working. Deserve to be Sr. Mod.
My wish: I would like DrogonMC or RahniRow_ as Sr. Mod.
