My friend GTC1 recently got ban for 'hacks' wait what? what kind of hacks?
I know that SR.Mod GeorgeAWP can ban with no proof, but it should need an reason.

Please tell your friend to make a ban appeal on the forums, you can't make an appeal for someone.

As already stated above by KhosrawClub , You cannot make an appeal for your friend. He needs to appeal for an unban himself in here to be unbanned if he feels his punishments are not justified.
