please help i lost my immortal rank

i bought immortal the voucher.i had it for 30s and it going away now i cant use any immortal commands, not even my kit. please help i spent all the money to use immortal rank for not even a day

Can you provide more info? Was it in your inventory and got removed?

Did you redeem it or u just left it in your inventory? Cuz yk when reset comes it deletes everything from ur inventory || and also I don't think there is such thing as seasonal immortal but if u really lost it then contact JartexNetwork staff

Do you have any evidence that you redeemed the rank or it was in your inventory?

If your inventory was full and u bought the rank then there would be a message shown in chat to clear your inventory and if no such msg was shown that means you either got it or it got drooped. If you got the rank and kept it and joined after reset then u won't get that Item back. If u think that None this case happened the feel free to contact a mod and ask them.
