Slimes?

How do we make a slime farm with a spawner do we need a slime chunk or can we plonk down the spawner anywhere?

You need to find a slime chunk , I would prefer to make it at Y20 ~ Y1.

XD yes it should be that hard. By accident though my island mate found one while building XD. As for whether you need a slime chunk or not i dont know.

You can find it by making a huge platform at the very bottom and if slimes spawn , Yep I found one xD I was building a zpig and random slimes started spawning
