you cant /nick but you can /nickname while being muted​

What is the bug you are reporting?

we arent supposed to /nick while being muted, however you can still use /nickname to nick.

Note: I didnt mean to mute evade, I just gained all required information about bug.​

How do we reproduce the bug?

try /nickname while being muted, you will be able to nick.
/nick wont work.​
