F perks / F shop revamp

Faction perks and faction shop are still somewhat unbalanced. What I originally suggested was making every item in the faction shop be bought with money while faction perks were exclusive to tokens. Not only would this clean things up, it makes more sense as well. The items in faction shop are not worth buying with tokens, so they should either be 1 - Removed, 2 - Replaced, or 3 - the price for each item should be changed. There are also some things that should be added to faction perks and faction shop that would change the game and playstyle:
Faction Perks
➤ Add the ability to increase spawner rates. Very simply put this increases the rate at which mobs spawn from spawners. It makes sense for a perk and should also cost a lot more then other perks as it gives a great advantage.
Leveling:
Level 1: 125% Mob Spawning rate for all spawners within base claims.
Level 2: 150% Mob Spawning rate for all spawners within base claims.
Level 3: 175% Mob Spawning rate for all spawners within base claims.
➤ Money booster perk. Similar to the XP booster perk already within faction perks, the money booster would give a small boost on every item being sold by members in your faction. This would also need to cost a lot more then other perks as it provides a big advantage.
Leveling:
Level 1: 1.1 sell booster for faction members.
Level 2: 1.3 sell booster for faction members.
Level 3: 1.5 sell booster for faction members.
➤ Fix XP booster perk as it doesn't even work.
➤ Remove faction permissions from f perks. Perms should not be a thing you need to unlock, and it should be available to use as soon as a faction is created.
Faction Shop
➤ Like stated above every thing in the faction shop should be obtainable with money. The items there just aren't worth the token price. For example 1 creeper spawner for 25 tokens. There are some items that seem fair such as the Gsets but overall it's way too expensive. Some possible additions to faction shop could be tier 2-3 shockwave tools and sandbots. There could possibly be personal 1.5x money / XP boosters as well.
Item Accessibility
There are many items in the game that should be way easier to obtain. These items are essential in pretty much every faction server so Jartex should not be an exception.
Hard to obtain items:
➤ Chunkbusters of all tiers (though they are found in KOTH, /f shop, and /transfer they are expensive and take a long time to aquire.
➤ Throwable creeper eggs (this is needed in about every base you raid, they should be available in /shop with normal creeper eggs maybe for a higher price like 30k)
➤ Shockwave / Tray picks - Tier 2-3
Supply Drops
➤ Add more supply drops to warzone. With the current 20 they run out in about 30 seconds. This means it's very rare to get one, and it's a pain to do /levels for their rewards. Supply drops should also include more useful things. Possibly add some items that you can find in ultra crates.
TNT Vouchers
➤ Just this season TNT vouchers were added. The idea is good and unique. These TNT vouchers should be more common, and as a possibility they can be added to crates. For example a +250k faction tnt voucher in an ultra crate.
GSets
➤ The community has asked for a new Gset.
Tools
➤ Base work tools such as shockwave and tray pickaxes should be have high efficiency or the ability to insta-break blocks. This way it is easier to trench while flying, and saves time.
Anticheat
➤ Add nuker detection
➤ Better captchas
➤ Tweak phase check
Hoes
➤ Make autosell hoes work on custom crops, this makes it worth the price. No one is using cane which makes the hoes useless.
Custom Enchants
➤ Remove enchants that aren't working or fix them (nutrition, swapper, thor, boom... there's probably more)
➤ Balance some enchants which do an insane amount of damage (usually enchants like penetrate, leadership, assassin, shocked, demigod...)
Spawner placement
➤ Code a plugin that prevents blocks and water being placed / genned near spawners. This may take some time but it's a big change that's worth it. Most factions keep all their spawners in a tiny box in a 1x1 claim somewhere in wild (*cough cough* Split) and adding these changes would prevent that.
Printer
➤ Add all slab / stair variants to printer
➤ If you do /hub while in printer when you join back it should put you back in printer mode
➤ /fly disables if you are standing on a block and do /hub this is super annoying if you are trying to quickly print as you need to re-enable fly and also go back into printer mode.
➤ There should be more time given to break misprinted printer blocks
If you get attacked while in printer it doesn't make sense to just ignore all armor protection. People with max sets are getting one shot while in printer mode and losing everything they have.
Gens
➤ Why not add block gens, it's been suggested by the community dozens of times? I don't see the problem. It's easier to place, you won't get stuck while genning, and it's easier to tell what each gen is.
Raid claims
➤ F raid claim sometimes doesn't claim the right amount
➤ Possibly give a 30 minute /f raid claim timer after UNCLAIMING your raid land. This way you can fix any miss claimed chunks or errors without having to wait 30 minutes to reclaim a new cannon.
➤ Just change how raid claiming is done in general. Most of the time is there is one random faction claim near the whole claim gets messed up.
DISABLE SHIELD ON SIDE COUNTER CLAIMS why is that even a thing it makes no sense. There's a rule stating you can't side counter while on shield so why even add shield to it.
Infinite Buckets
➤ Charge money whenever water / lava is placed from an infinite bucket. Currently if you happen to right click with those buckets in enemy claims, warzone / spawn it will charge you money.
Mobheads
➤ Make mobheads in /transfer exchange 100 at a time rather then 10. People usually have thousands of heads in their storage with the new addition of mobsuits. Those without immortal rank need to click thousands of times to get all their mob coins.
Safety break
➤ Show how long a factions safety break lasts in their /f who. This makes raiding easier since you don't need to guess when to make a cannon / fire.
New item?
➤ With the addition of levels requiring crops to be farmed and a lolipop economy it may be a good idea to consider adding a "Shockwave Hoe" this hoe would till multiple soil at once and would be useful since the most time consuming process in farming is tilling the soil itself.
Sandbot
➤ If possible don't despawn sandbots when the land they are in get's unclaimed. Most of the time there is still money in the sandbot, and the sandbot costs 5 million itself which is really a waste just for forgetting to pick up a sandbot.
Genbucket Range
➤ Decrease the range of genbuckets "enemy is nearby" message. If a player happens to spot your raid claims all they need to do it sit their and your raid is over as you can't gen walls or anything. This was most likely added to prevent gen trapping / gen patching however those actions are already punishable with strikes.
/f home
➤ Allow players to type /f home regardless if there is an enemy near or not. It doesn't make any sense. Players can use /f warp or /home command anyways so really blocking the command is useless. An example would be if you are somewhere in spawn and want to go to /f home. There are tons of enemies around you so you need to fly around until you are able to do the command.
MCMMO
➤ Remove MCMMO vouchers from KOTHs / GKits since they no longer serve a purpose.
Slime
➤ Change the price of slime in shop. It's almost 1.5k per block which is way to much. No one even uses slime spawners so there is no need for such a high buy / sell price. (Slime is used when making counter slits)
Events
➤ Since seasons won't be getting any shorter then 7 weeks, there should be some sort of events in between to create some action. The server itself is pretty much dead until a few days before each biweekly / final payout. No one places spawners during other times nor do they need to. Adding some sort of events whether it's a raid outpost or pvp events would create some fun and action players would actually log on and spend time for.
F top
➤ Remove some of the useless spawners from counting towards faction top. No one is going to raid a base with 50 million dollars worth of pigs / chickens / cows / spiders / etc... Keep those such as Villagers, Zombie Pigmen, Iron Golems, Silverfish, and Blaze.
Kits
➤ Make donator kits from /kit give kit vouchers rather then the actual contents of the kit. This saves space in PVs, make's it easier to buy and sell kits, and prevents losing items from a kit due to dropping it on the floor.
KOTHs
➤ Add back /koth warps (most people have no idea where KOTHs are located) and /f koths. Optionally, upcoming KOTHs should be broadcasted in chat so more players are aware about them.
TNT Withdrawl
➤ It would be cool if there was a feature to withdraw TNT from your faction bank. A command such as /f tntwithdraw <amount> would withdraw TNT from your faction bank and create a TNT voucher similar to how /withdraw gives you a bank note. This would be useful when selling TNT, or saving it in large quantities.
Rules
➤ The final suggestion so far is to update every rule in game and on forums. Most rules written are very difficult to understand (probably because they were written by the one and only primate monkey cousin PaceLV) Editing these rules would clear a lot of things up and make the game more playable.

Staff is not relevant enough to host events, flappix has never won a comp and he cannot create events on jartex
