Hello! This is a forums bug or you have ran out of tries on the staff app.

You can contact a srmod to give you permission to apply.

You can try logging out from your account then logging in again sometimes this happens it fix the problem 60% cause I had a lot of problems like this before (not in tiral application in other threads)
