Solved why i cant appeal

does someone know why i cant appeal? its been 5months since last appeal. i didnt appealed 5times

As you can see it says "You have already reached the number of times you can fill this form"
That means you have gone over the appealing limit
To get more attempts direct message a sr. mod (preferably on discord) and request them for more

Pretty sure you have filled that form less than 5 times (intended limit) but it is bugged and reaches limit even when one appeals for first time.
