Why dont any spaweners work?

all of the spawners drop nothing 90% of the time, and im confused on why its made to be that way?. Why cant we have farms that actually work?

Hi SiiL3nt, mob drops work mostly for for me.. so its probably just a glitch u can /f setbase and tp away and let them respawn and try again!

if you didnt found a fix yet, try unclaiming and claiming back or breaking the spawners and placing them back
