why doesn't gravity affect armor stands???

I'm trying to make a armour swapper but the armor stands don't get affected by gravity

To avoid lag machines, Redstone are partially disabled (I think), and for the armor stand, I think it may be a bug, but it might be also not a bug. You can report the bug here. Thank you.
