UHC team mode doesn't exist here. Not sure how your teammates disconnected if there's isn't even a mode with teammates.

They may be disconnected due to connection or banned or kicked or if there device shut down.

His teammate's couldn't have disconnected because there isn't a UHC mode that has teams in Jartex. All UHC games are solo.
