Why can't I chat??????

Whenever I type anything it shows Cannot send chat message.
I cannot even set my shop prices
[I applied green chat color, it happened only after this]

Could be a bug , or you might have been muted . In case you're not muted then get the evidence and head over to bug reports section to report it
