Why can't I add Friend?

I've a been playing jartex for a few month and everything was fine at first. But Don't know what time I can't add friends. Sometimes it says I have pending requests but when I click on it it disappears. Sometimes I can't press the accept and deny button when I receive a request from others. Is there a way to fix this?

You must have reached your limit of friends. The max limit is 10! You can't accept any friends once you have 10 In your friend list. If you wish to free up some space you can do /fr remove <IGN> and then accept your new friend!
