Which is the best version to play Skyblock Dream?

Hey, I'm seeking that which is the best Minecraft version to play Skyblock Dream currently I'm using 1.8.9 Thank you.

I personally always use 1.8.9 lunar on the servers that I can join which are: Factions, Kitpvp, Practice, minigames, skyblock dream. etc

some servers I can't join like Gens, lifesteal, skyblock fantasy but I strongly recommend ( 1.8.9 and under ) if possible, as these are the pearls of minecraft and the best versions of it.

I agree with FutureBlank. 1.8.9 is the version most players on SBD use.

personally, i use 1.8.9 polyfrost(OneConfig) modpack seems best for me

Personally I use Badlion Client on 1.8.9, it’s a personal preference as I came from a lot of pvp servers but honestly whatever is most comfortable/enjoyable for you
