Probably Spy Kit most op kit in the game because of the invisibility 2 you can rush with Golden Pick Axe.

I think it just really depends on the situation - what you are planning to do in the game:
• for rushing the nexus: spy, miner, tank (ew), hero kit
• for pvping and grinding kills: hero, tank, vampire, healer, swapper kit
• for killing stacked players: pyro, pman, swapper kit
• for annoying other players: swapper, teleporter, pyro, pman, trapper kit..
I'm pretty sure that you have all kits.. so my recommendation is to switch it up time to time - just have fun and the game will seem less boring.
(btw pyro is the best kit)

As unlovely stated I completely agree on it that It's really depend on your gameplay Style but I would to add some more :-
1. Full Diamond Pot Rush : Alchemy(For pots, Not necessary) , Enchanter(Not necessary but for more xp), Tank/Sprinter(Rush using these two kit others will just help you in prepareing items for rush Or.
2. Rushing Nexxu(To end the game quick) : Spy(Gives you 10 to 15 sec invis ), Tank(Tank pot rush)
3. To have Fun(To annoy people) : Pyro(High) , Swapper , Hero( lol )
4. To encounter Full Dia : Swapper(Swap him to the Void ) , Posion Man(Posion him and take a huge chunk of his Health)

These are Kits you can use but I recommanded to use Swapper and Pyro as these are just good and can annoy peoples a lot and ofc it's fun to use them lol.
