I bought gkit special on sky block fantasy it took the money from my card its been about 5-10 mins now and I haven't received a purchase confirmation email or my gkit pls help

I closed the second page out and the first one popped up, I closed it because where i used a gift card to pay I didnt have a 4 digit code from bank and it took the money aswell
