only really reach people have blackhat ranks. and other who has mureder rank or gf
they just had ssnl rank and they rank upbgreaded
specialy me I had ssnl crim rank and my friend bought me rank upbgread in to blackhat wihout sale for 20euro after in next ssn
I bught rankupbgread with ingame items selling for buycraft. and after that I got mureder rank by my self
