I redeemed the Christmas giveaway code on a diamond rank.
I got @donator role on discord. but still didn't got the rank!.
Did I actually redeem the code??

Masker112 Only redeeming the code doesn't give you the rank. You even need to fill your Information
and check out after redeeming the code for you to get the rank

Also do you have any other rank/gkit ingame? [ I guess that is how you got donator role ]

Well that explains why you didn’t receive the diamond rank, you should’ve clicked on ‘claim for free’ after you redeemed the coupon.
