I redeemed the Christmas giveaway code on a diamond rank.
I got @donator role on discord. but still didn't got the rank!.
Did I actually redeem the code??

Masker112 Only redeeming the code doesn't give you the rank. You even need to fill your Information
and check out after redeeming the code for you to get the rank

Also do you have any other rank/gkit ingame? [ I guess that is how you got donator role ]

Well like AutumnBomb1111 said you need to still make the ‘purchase’ complete by filling in your info and paying via Paypal or Mollie. You don’t have to pay anything if the coupon covers all the expenses but you still have to go trough all these steps to receive your rank.
