Solved Forums Where is my donator rank?

Hello everyone, I'm having a donator rank in the jartexnetwork server but not on the forums. I did message the Sr.mods and showed them the proof picture too. But i waites for 5 days and I didn't get it please help me.

DM a Sr. Mod and ask them to give you the donator role on forums, provide them proof of you having a rank.

You can also dm a staff member and they will forward the request to the sr mods, will make it faster.

They take their time to reply
Sadly drogon is staff away, he is usually fast compared to others when it comes to giving roles
