Drag, jitter and butterfly all serve different purposes. Obviously drag clicking isn't good for pvp but butter and jitter are.

It doesn't really matter what clicking method u use, as long as u are good at block placing, w or s tapping, or blockhitting and get a good combo, u can win a fight
