When doing /heal, nightvision is removed as well

This mightbe for ranked players only, but it always feels weird having to do /nv every time after /heal, it gets very annoying and it is a very easy fix, hopefully, the staff can just toggle it a little bit so buffed effects don't get removed from /heal, instead people can use milk or a new command, /milk
