I get average of 200 - 400 fps

Use VBOs : ON ( VBO uses an alternative rendering model which is usually faster than the default rendering. )

Custom Fonts:OFF
Swamp Colors: OFF
Connected Textures:Fancy
Custom Sky: OFF
Dynamic Lights:OFF
Random Mobs:ON ( putting it OFF will make it faster but we don't want to ruin the texture packs if you use one )
Better Snow: OFF
Custom Colors : ON
Smooth Biomes:ON
Natural Textures:OFF
Custom Items : ON
Smooth FPS:ON
Fast Render: ON
Chunk Updates: 1
Lazy Chunk Loading : OFF
Smooth World: ON
Fast Math: OFF
Dynamic Updates: OFF
Graphics : Fast ( It changes the appearance of clouds , leaves etc. and it gives more frames. )

usually 130-200 fps then i lag a lot in KITPVP and the LOBBY because of the map being too large and detailed but when recording its just like 100 fps or 90 or something but i usually just stream in discord so it doesnt really count

I'm playing on Fast Graphics. And gives me 60 - 120 fps.
If on Fancy, gives me 30 - 60 fps.
If on Fantastic - Crash
with Optifine**
