So I got the frisbee enchant on my pickaxe but I don't know how to use it.Im confused since weeks about how to use it

I'm not a prison player but am pretty sure you need to take the book and left/right click on your pickaxe ( in inventory ).

Just mine blocks on any mine, it'll activates or trigger randomly. When it activated or triggered, the effect is like an iron pressure plate or white wool carpet flying around and breaking nearby blocks. It activates pretty frequent, and upgrading it further will increase the chance of it to be activated or triggerred.
