What is the NoSwing rule?

I did not understand what this rule means.

I was building my cell and i got bannet for reason no swing
permanently bannet without warning

You must of PvP ed a while back. If they banned you they most likely have proof just do an appeal

im only mined and was build on my cell i dont played pvp when i got ban.
i played pvp 1 hour back and i lost that's why I started to build on my cell and afer 1 hour i got banned
