What is the meaning of the dream version of skyblock

Don't get me wrong I have been on the server but I don't see how It's any different from any other skyblock probably because Im not a skyblock player but still what exactly is the difference with it?

Skyblock Dream means that it is a dream basically you get stacked have op stuff a massive amount of spawners and such you wouldn't find in a regular skyblock server.

I think.. Fantasy is the normal SkyBlock any Minecraft player knows. And the Dream I think its SkyBlock on Jartex's way (definitely not turning to hypickle recently)
