What upgrade should i buy first with diamonds?

it depends on the quantity , usually after finishing my first rush i go to the gen if there are 2 diamond i take prot if 4 i take sharp if the opponent is sweaty and takes some time then there should be 6 diamond so i get prot and sharp , and who the hell buys iron forge i just saw some people but iron forge i mean seriously iron forge is for base campers who just cover thier bed with end stone and do fireball spamming

Really thats kinda useless. In general most of bedwars players buys sharpness or reinforced Armour

Trap comes first, it's the cheapest and you will be alerted if someone is going to break your bed, so you don't do risky stuff. Prot 1 as the second cheapest, it's always useful and makes you tank one hit more, and then after few mins since game start, Sharp, the most useful enchantment but pretty pricey if the game has just started.

for solos and duos ,at the starting of the game i buy prot and mining fatigue trap if i have 3 dias and prot, mining fatigue and blindness trap if i have 4.After that if i get 4 dias ill get sharp
In quads and trios i usually just get sharp first then prot
