What is the age requirement for trial mod, or "Jr. Mod" ???

I want to know the age requirement for both Jr. Mod and trial mod, or is there a "Jr. Trial Mod" ???
I want this answered. I have been trying to apply for Jr. Mod for so long now.

You have to be at least 14 years old to be able to apply for trial
if your application is accepted you then could be promoted to helper then Jrmod then Mod
