What is happening where is my island. my whole island erased i worked so hard to get a decent gameplay since i am begginer then this happend help me.

No worries. It may be just your internet. Try logging in a few times. If it does not work, report the bug immediately. However, you do need to be patient. I still have a bug from March that is not even glanced at.
