For fast rush, I just leave my teammates do the thing. I just leave my bed alone in quads. For solos, at least an endstone layer + plank layer would be useful :/
Also, I don't recommend obsidian, it just wastes time. Also if teammates dont care defending, throw some wool.

mine is simple ......Thrity Virus defence and then obsidian with fake 2 defence its good

well if you act quick you could get obsidian, concrete is good too cuz it defends from tnt

I use air to defend my bed, but it depends later on.
