• Buycraft is the service/ plugin that most of the servers use to have an online store in which you can purchase in game cosmetics ranks items etc for real life money. However, players often use the term not referring specifically to the plugin or service itself, rather to the fact they they wish to either give items in the game in return of someone purchasing something off the store or receiving a gift card which they can later use at their will.
Since you're most likely wondering what it is due to many players in prison asking for buycraft trades, what they usually want is someone to purchase a gift card and mail them to them in return of them giving the buyer tokens, pickaxes or something else.
Keep in mind that while scamming is allowed in prison, buycraft scamming isn't an will result in a permanent ban if caught.
