What Happends if you are Frozen and youre banned on Discord?

Its an out of context question, Im just asking and this didnt happen to me.

You get frozen by a Staff member and they tell you to join the jartex Discord server to screenshare. But now the shocking thing happends.. You are banned for being underaged in your country.
How should someone join the discord server when being frozen? Will they unban you then banning you again?

When you get frozen you get into a different chat with just the staffer so discord wont be necessary

Hnnnn, What is frozen cmd really for? when they can just ban you if they think you are hacking, Or to clear their doubts they will screen share you?

Hello, Mack.​

We do not require users to have Discord in order to be screen shared, as many of the players on the network are not old enough to use Discord whilst complying with the TOS.
We can contact you through the in game freeze chat, or through /msg to discuss how we will continue with the screenshare. Usually you will download a RemoteDesktop software and we will then be able to continue with the screenshare as normal.​
