Helpers' jobs are like all other staff, help players, catch rulebreakers, interact with the community, etc. For all I know, a helper can warn and mute at most.

The main job for helpers is to watch forums, catch rulebreakers and fairly punish them and answer the community's questions and also help players in the community with what they need help in.
